European Travel and Study
After working in Carl Milles's carving shop for several months, Fredericks continues his travels through Europe, taking courses in Germany at the Kunstakademie, working at the Heimann Schule in Munich, and learning armature and casting techniques from sculptor Hans Schwegerle. In Paris, Fredericks studies at the Académie Scandinav. He then travels throughout Denmark, England, Italy, Spain, and North Africa, before returning to Germany to complete several projects.
