For Rackham Building, Detroit, Michigan. Marble relief is above entrance to The Engineering Society of Detroit entrance.

Two men are depicted standing on iron I-beams. One man has what looks like a device for riving in his right hand. The man on the left faced forward and the man on the right has his back to the viewer. Both men are shirtless. There are rectangles (6) painted on surface with a triangle in the center pointing downward.
